Project Management
Supervisors will be on site day one for inductions to make sure introductions go smoothly and our operators are formally introduced to site.
Site Visits
We visit the site at least weekly to ensure the contract is performing to expectation and to assist with any additional requirements.
Training
Due to the growing skills gap in the industry, we ensure we offer regular training to help develop our Operatives careers.
Meet the Team
Richard Allen
Director & Owner
Richard founded Skilled Labour Services (Southern) in 2011 and is passionate about delivering skilled labour which clients can rely on and trust to fulfil projects to high
standard and on time.
His experience lies in the management of civil engineering projects and previous roles include Site Manager and Contract Manager.
Ricky Clarke
Contracts Manager
Ricky is a highly experienced ground worker and has vast experience on numerous projects. Ricky has also managed gangs and lead ground works teams whilst on site.
Ricky is responsible for management of all labour including recruitment and providing ongoing support to clients.
Sonny Pennell
Contracts Manager
Sonny is also a highly experienced ground worker and has vast experience on numerous projects. Sonny has also managed gangs and lead groundworks teams whilst on site.
