With an overall project value of £4.20 million, this venture involved constructing 90 residential plots with 2, 3, and 4-bedroom houses, encompassing a wide range of essential components. 

Working for J Devine Civil Engineering, we supplied teams of ground workers and finishing teams to help with 7,500 square meters of estate roads and car parking areas to ensure connectivity within the residential complex. Additionally, we helped install efficient foul and surface water sewer systems, adhering to environmental standards. We also conducted extensive external works, including landscaping and outdoor amenities, to enhance the overall appeal and functionality of the complex. 

By adhering to stringent standards of quality, safety, and project management, we ensured the project was completed on schedule and within budget.
